Contours of Cognition: The Syntax of Abstraction

I am a Los Angeles native and Wichita, Kansas-based artist inspired by vibrant color and nature. My work spans surreal dreamscapes, lyrical abstractions, and expressive color fields, informed by a lifelong creative journey and the legacy of my late father, Los Angeles painter Tony Mosca. After rediscovering painting during the pandemic, I continue to explore layered techniques that reveal hidden depths. Now living in Wichita with my husband and five cats, I draw inspiration from my garden, dramatic weather, and wildlife. I’m honored to showcase my solo work and join a group show at Mark Arts on February 22, 2024.
