Rex completed “Freddie” in 2017 as a commissioned piece by the organizer of Mercury’s 75th Birthdate Extravaganza in the UK.   Unfortunately the event was cancelled due to the COVID epidemic.  Purchased by a private collector from Rex in 2020.
