Exhibit & Auction
Auction Begins March 18, at 1:30PM PST.
Lots will begin closing March 19, at 12:00pm PST with lots closing 2 minutes apart.
Any item receiving a bid in the final one minute will automatically be extended 1 minutes and extended an additional one minute if it again receives a bid in the final 1 minutes - this will continue until no more bids are received.
Buyer’s Premium
A 10% Buyers Premium Fee will be added to the final price of any sold item.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax if you reside in the state of California.
Winning Bid
Congratulations! If you have won please allow 48 hours for the final invoice to be emailed to you. Once payment is received, the item is yours.
Highest Bids below minimum
All lots have a minimum bid that they will not be sold for less than. These minimums are not listed but the Estimate is a good indication of what the minimum bid will be. If the winning bid is below the asking price minimum for the lot, the winning bidder will be emailed and offered to increase the bid to reach the minimum bid. If the winning bidder declines or cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the second-place bidder will be contacted and offered to increase the bid to reach the minimum. If both bidders decline then the lot sale is voided.
Shipping / Pickup
Buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping. Circus of Books does not provide shipping for any artwork in this Auction.
Pickup details will be included on the final paid invoice.
All lots will only be released to the registered bidder (Gov issued ID required) or authorized agent.
Pickup Dates: By appointment only.
There are numerous shipping companies in the area that provide pickup, packing and shipping. If the winning bidder is not picking up the items, please advise us by filling out the following form. AUTHORIZATION FORM.
All lots not picked up will be considered abandoned - no refunds for any reason.
All lots must be paid in full within 96 hours of receiving the invoice.
If the item is not paid during this time, the sale is void.

Fine Print
This website and the individual pieces of art and copyright materials related rights are protected by the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 and the Federal Visual Rights Act of 1990. Purchase of a copyright artwork does not transfer the copyright. The copyright to produce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image, and distribute copies is retained by the Artist. Any transfer of this copyright must be in writing expressly identifying what rights are being sold and for what purpose by the Artist or the lawful copyright owner.
Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist.
